JTradeHelp provides trade intelligence reports that help exporters identify potential importing companies in target markets. Our reports include:
- Lists of companies that have imported specific products (by HS code)
- Contact information for identified importing companies
- Import activity data and market insights
Important: Our reports are provided for informational purposes only. They are intended to help you identify potential business opportunities and should not be considered as verified business leads or guarantees of business relationships.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Orders and Payments
When you place an order on JTradeHelp:
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment processing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
5. Report Delivery
After successful payment, JTradeHelp will process and deliver your trade intelligence report. We guarantee delivery within 5 business days of order confirmation.
Reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is accurate and to check your spam/junk folders.
6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is detailed in our Refund Policy. Key points include:
- 100% refund if report is not delivered within 5 business days (due to our processing limitations)
- No refunds for delivered reports (digital products generated on demand)
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
7. Data Availability Disclaimer
Trade data is sourced from publicly available records and may be subject to limitations:
- Data availability varies by country and may be incomplete
- There may be delays between actual trade activity and data publication
- Not all countries publish detailed importer information
- Contact information accuracy depends on public data sources
JTradeHelp does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of trade data. Users should perform their own verification and due diligence.
8. Acceptable Use
When using our services, you agree NOT to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our website or extract data
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports without authorization
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Submit false or misleading information
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on JTradeHelp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JTradeHelp Technology Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased reports for your internal business purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- JTradeHelp provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our reports
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
