At JTradeHelp, we aim to provide reliable trade intelligence and importer insights. Because our service involves custom data processing and report generation, this refund policy is designed to be fair for both customers and our platform.
1. Delivery Guarantee
After a successful payment, JTradeHelp begins processing your request to generate your trade intelligence report. We guarantee delivery within 5 business days.
If we fail to deliver the report within this time frame due to our internal processing limitations, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A full refund will be issued if:
- The requested report has not been delivered within 5 business days, and
- The delay is caused by JTradeHelp's internal processing limitations (not external factors).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The report has already been successfully delivered.
- The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information required to generate the report.
- Delivery was delayed due to external data availability issues outside our control.
- The customer no longer needs the report after processing has begun.
Because our reports are digital products generated on demand, refunds cannot be issued once the report has been delivered.
4. Partial Delivery (When Applicable)
In some cases, complete data may not be available due to differences in country reporting standards or public data access. If full data is not available, we may deliver a partial report containing the available market intelligence instead of issuing a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@jtradehelp.com and include:
- Order ID
- Email used for purchase
- Description of the issue
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
6. Refund Processing
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
7. Fraud Prevention
JTradeHelp reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund claims.
